Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.-
Submission Integrity & Limits
Originality: The submission must not have been previously published, nor can it be under consideration by another journal or conference. -
Format, Template, and Length
Manuscript Template: The manuscript must be arranged and formatted strictly using the ICEAT 2026 Template.
File Format: The submission file must be in Word file format (.doc/.docx) only.
Page Numbering: All pages must be numbered sequentially to facilitate the reviewing and editing process.
Title Page: Ensure that the Title Page has been fully updated. -
Language & Core Content
Writing Style: The manuscript must be written in English in a clear, direct, and active style.
Nomenclature Table: The manuscript must include a Nomenclature table containing all terms and symbols used, arranged strictly in alphabetical order.
Chemical Specs: The exact source and purity of all chemicals/solvents used in the study must be explicitly mentioned in the Materials and Methods section. -
References and Citations
Self-Citation Limit: No more than 1 percent of the paper should consist of self-citation material. Unnecessary or irrelevant self-citations/references may result in direct rejection.
DOIs/Links: You must provide the DOIs or direct URLs for all publications listed in the Reference section. -
Authorship & Required Declarations
CRediT Statement: A CRediT statement (following Elsevier criteria) must be present. Note that ALL listed authors must have contributed to the analysis, conceptualization, data curation, and writing/reviewing of the manuscript.
Mandatory Declarations: The manuscript must include:
A Data Availability Statement.
A “No conflicts of interest” declaration.

ICEAT 2026
By submitting a paper to ICEAT 2026, the authors agree to the following copyright terms:

The authors retain the copyright of their work and grant the conference organizers a non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, and distribute the paper as part of the official ICEAT 2026 conference proceedings.

The submitted paper may be included in digital repositories, conference archives, and indexing services as required for academic dissemination and visibility.

The authors confirm that the submission is original, does not infringe upon any third-party rights, and has not been previously published nor submitted elsewhere for publication.

Any reuse, reproduction, or modification of the published work must provide proper acknowledgment to ICEAT 2026 as the original source of publication.
Failure to comply with these copyright terms may result in the rejection or withdrawal of the paper at any stage of the conference or publication process.
