Overview The 5th International Conference on Engineering and Advanced Technology (ICEAT 2026) is a premier, peer-reviewed global platform organized by the College of Engineering, University of Al-Qadisiyah (Iraq), in strategic partnership with the National University of Science and Technology MISIS (Russia). Building on a legacy of academic excellence, this fifth edition transitions to Russia, marking a significant milestone in international scientific synergy and knowledge exchange.
